Go Team USA!

Noah has been helping us cheer for the Olympics (his favorite sports to watch are swimming and beach volleyball).

All Smiles

Those first smiles are the best!

Surfing with Daddy

I don't know if you can tell from the picture, but Kayden is riding on Chris' back. It's hard to say who enjoyed this more...Kayden or Chris. :)

Yeah! Luke is potty trained!

Hmmm...looks like somebody else I know.
I think Kayden is going to be the composer of the family. She makes up atleast one new song every day.

...thought some of you would enjoy seeing some pictures of Noah with his eyes open. Plus, it's very rare to catch a glimpse of him when he's not sleeping, crying, eating or pooping (actually these last two usually coincide).

Big Bro

Happy Birthday, Noah!

Noah Steven was born on Monday, June 30th at 12:00 pm. He weighed 9 lbs. 4 oz. and was 20 3/4 in. long. We are all doing great, and so far it has been a very smooth transition. Thanks to everyone for all the prayers!

Happy Birthday, Luke!

Luke turned 2 on June 1st...he's getting so big!

Race car cake

This was the race car cake we made for Luke...the best part was, he got to lick all the matchbox cars clean and keep them as toys! :)

This is pretty much what all the pictures of Luke eating his cake looked like. He couldn't quite manage a smile with all that food in his mouth.
As you can see, Luke managed to down his entire piece of cake with no problems.

Opening presents

...can't go wrong with Thomas the train toys.

Playing with the new trains

Weekend with the cousins

This was a weekend that we had Chris' brother, Bill's kids while they went to Virginia. They were all dressed up for church. It was pretty comical to see the faces of people at church when we walked in with five children and my very pregnant self.

Summer is almost here!

This past weekend was so nice and warm, we decided to make use of the pool (which has been lonely all winter). We also played on the dock and watched the boats go by. This was our attempt at a family picture, but it's hard to keep everyone's attention when nobody is behind the camera. :)

Fun on the water slide

Kayden's excited face

...getting ready to go down the slide.

Hangin' out on the dock

Watching for dolphins

Luke was very patient waiting for some dolphins, or atleast some fish to swim by.

And last, but not least...Kayden's surprised face
